Visit our scheduling portal (log in here) and log in using your existing client username and password.

From the “River Paws Menu Options” screen, locate the Services section and click on “Request Other Services.

If you have multiple dogs in your account, select which dog(s) you want to have hike.

• In the Schedule Details area, choose Single Date if you’re booking just one day.
• If you prefer to schedule multiple days at once, select Multiple Dates.
• Enter the start date for your hike(s).
• Please note we are now only offering group hikes Tuesday through Friday. Mondays are reserved for new dog assessments and park improvements

• Under “Select a Service Type,” use the dropdown menu and pick “Adventure Out.”
• Review the Available Services listed (e.g., single-dog hikes, multiple hikes per week, etc.).
• Check the box next to the service package that best fits your needs, and adjust the Quantity if needed.

• Once you’ve chosen your date(s) and service, proceed to submit the request.
• After we approve the scheduling request, you may receive a confirmation email or message.
• After scheduling, you can confirm everything by clicking on “My Calendar.”
• You’ll see a block of time scheduled for your dog’s hike, along with the service details

• After confirming, you’ll see a “Successfully added request” message momentarily.
• We will confirm requests throughout the day, and you may receive a notification about the booking.
• Tip: Keep an eye on your email or text messages for updates, reminders, or further instructions.
